RANDOLPH O. PERSSON (“Randy”), President and Co-Owner

Randy was raised in the Phoenix area. He is licensed by the state of Arizona as a Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, and an Attorney. As a licensed professional, he was a practicing Accountant with Price Waterhouse and a Commercial Real Estate Broker with various firms. He earned his Law Degree from the University of Denver.

ROSE M. PERSSON, Vice President and Co-Owner

Rose began her financial career with 12 years in the banking industry and served as Bank Branch Operations Manager for Wells Fargo and Assistant Vice President for Westmark Savings Bank. She transitioned into the title/escrow industry where she spent the following 15 years as an escrow officer managing various escrow/title company offices from California to Arizona. Rose additionally has 3 years experience as a conventional residential lender.
