All loans are underwritten and approved in-house. This allows us to create quick loan solutions using the collateral property’s equity. Our flexibility also makes it possible for us to even consider cross-collateralizing other properties if it makes “good loan sense”. Each loan request we receive is unique and always considered based upon its own merits and special circumstances.
